Express Xmas

Este año no he preparado la casa como se merece para Navidad, llegué la semana pasada de viaje (casi tres semanas por el sudeste asiático) y no he puesto ni el árbol!! No me lo creo ni yo... y ahora estoy ultimando los regalitos, que obviamente corrían bastante prisa, sino no llego al día de Nochebuena. A ver si acabo con ellos pronto y decoro tooooda la casa, que tengo ganas de verla con lucecitas y bolas.

Bueno a lo que iba, hoy quiero enseñaros algunas ideas sino sabéis qué regalar y como yo habéis apurado hasta el último minuto.

This year I haven't prepared the house for Christmas yet, I came back from a 3 week trip and I don't even have the tree!! I can't believe it... but I'm finishing with the presents, which is more urgent, because Christmas eve is around the corner. I hope I can finish soon and start with the house, I need the lights and ornaments!

 Well, What I was going to talk about are some ideas to get last minute gifts if you're like me, and you don't have all of them by now.

Hace poco descubrí La Fábrica de Texturas y me enamoré perdidamente de sus packs para aprender a hacer alguna manualidad, de hecho voy a regalar uno de ellos ipso facto, el packaging es una pasada, la estética de la página inmejorable y los kits están preparados con mucho amor, como me gusta a mí, además si pedimos antes del día 22 nos llega para Nochebuena (os han salvado la vida y lo sabéis). Recently I've discovered La Fábrica de Texturas and I fell in love with all the packs they have to learn about different handmade techniques, in fact I've ordered one, the packaging is amazing, the page neat and the kits made with tones of love, just how I like it, and if you order it before the 22th you'll get it before Christmas (lifesaviour)

Si ya vas tarde para pedir online no hay problema siempre podéis hacer regalos molones, con cuatro chorraditas y quedar la mar de bien. Como estos packs del té Navideño que he preparado para mis tías, unas tazas (0,98€) y trineo (2,98€) de Crack Hogar y unas servilletas (1€) de Tedi así que con 5€ cada una, tengo el regalo solucionado, y quedo estupendamente!

If you're late to order online gifts, you can put some stuff together and it can work. I've made this pack for my aunt with just some items from a decor shop, and with 5€ I have a present!



Y qué os parecen las tazas personalizadas como opción DIY de última hora, ya he visto en varios sitios pintura para pintar sobre esmalte y rotuladores, son bastante fáciles de aplicar, aquí os pongo un ejemplo de tazas pintadas con un rotulador, además en el enlace viene el tutorial en inglés:

What do you think about painted cups as late DIY gift? I've seen a few places to buy paint or marker to paint over ceramics, and they're easy to use, see the pic to view the result, and the link goes to the tutorial in English:

Otra opción DIY son unas zapatillas de estar por casa, me descargué el patrón, pero entre el viaje y el trabajo no he tenido mucho tiempo libre para hacerlas, pero me parece un regalo muy práctico y que además le encaja a mucha gente. En este blog he encontrado un tutorial en castellano muy bien explicado,  las telas podemos elegir las que queramos, con pelito, de lino, con unos vaqueros viejos...

Another DIY option is a pair of slippers, I downloaded the pattern but I haven't got time lately, but I really think it's a practical choice and many people would like it. In this blog I found a tutorial in Spanish, we can change the fabric and use some fur, linen, old jeans...

Valentine's Day

Yo tengo por norma no regalar nada por San Valentín, pero me encantan demasiado todas las cursiladas como para resistirme a hacer dibujitos ñoños así que os dejo unos printables para que regales o te auto regales! Que los disfrutes!
